Cheesy Pasta Delight

1 onion diced
1 small/medium summer squash diced
1 zucchini
1 T garlic minced
1 ½ c water


Place all in frying pan on medium/high heat, stirring occasionally until liquid is boiled off and vegetables are soft (approximately 10-15 minutes). While cooking, prepare ingredients below.


1 onion diced

15 cherry tomatoes halved

1 jalapeno pepper diced

1 habanero diced

½ c water

Set aside.

When first round of veggies are done, place them in food processor.

Place second round of veggies into the same pan you took the first round out of. Sautee the veggies on medium heat while making the sauce.

After placing first round of veggies into the food processor, add

1 c nutritional yeast

1 ½ c canned coconut milk

2 t salt

 Dash or two cayenne pepper

More cracked pepper to taste


When water is boiled off on second round of vegetables, add the processed sauce and stir.  Pour over your choice of cooked pasta.  We used angel hair.  Delicious, oil free and healthy as fuck.


Below is the grocery list of what you will need to make this super awesome recipe.  The peppers gave it a little spice.  If you don’t like spice, don’t add them. Add different types of peppers or tomatoes.   Experiment.  Make this dish your own.

2 onions
15 cherry tomatoes
