Spicy Black Bean Soup

3 c black beans

1 c corn

2 cans diced tomatoes

1-2 chopped onions

6 cloves garlic

2 c vegetable broth

¼ c Worcestershire sauce

¼ c Frank’s red hot sauce

2 T cumin

¼ c dried chives

1 T paprika

1 t cayenne

1 T chipotle chili pepper

1 t black pepper

2 t salt

5 c water

Throw all the ingredients into the crockpot.  Cook overnight or at least 8 hours on low.  Substitute where needed. I used what I had on hand.  This soup is the shit.  It rocks.  Super spicy, low fat, no added oils, and lots of vitamins.   If you don’t like that much spice, change it up.
