1 pkg dried 15 bean soup 

2 cans diced tomatoes (28 oz)

3 cans water

2 T Better for you vegetable bouillon

1 T dried minced garlic

1 t black pepper

1 t cayenne pepper

2 t garlic salt

1 T paprika

1 T turmeric

2 T dried parsley

1 t crushed red pepper

2 onions diced

3 carrots peeled and diced

3 potatoes peeled and diced

 1 stalk celery minced

Soak the beans overnight in large bowl of water. Throw away the seasoning packet. Drain and rinse. Put into crock pot.  Add all other ingredients. Stir.  Cook on low 10 hours.

  Enjoy.  I added a bit more salt and pepper in my bowl of soup to taste.  Captain UK and I loved it.  I took some for a coworker.  She loved it.  If you don’t like it, you’re just fucked up!!!!!

Low fat, no added oils, high protein, vitamins, and minerals.  Perfect. 

This recipe also works well for any dried bean mixture.
