We had a get together with food sharing this week at work. It seems to be a reoccurring theme. Anyways, someone made hummus, but changed it up a bit which turned out delicious. They roasted a few cherry tomatoes and a jalapeno for a little pretty topping.
Then they threw fresh basil on top. I was skeptical, but OMG, it brought it to new heights. Hummus and basil. Wow! I would have never thought. Try it next time you make homemade hummus.
