The Best Fucking Lasagna EVER!


1 12 oz. pkg Beefless crumbles

1/2 C water

1 t garlic powder

1 t Italian seasoning

1 t onion powder

1 t paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 8 oz. pkg mushrooms

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 handful fresh spinach or kale

1/2 C water

2 8 oz. pkgs Trader Joe’s Vegan Mozzarella Shreds

2 24 oz. jars of marinara sauce

1 recipe Cheesy sauce


Cook crumbles in medium heat in sauce pan with Italian seasoning, onion and garlic power, paprika, and 1/2 cup water. When water evaporates, add 1/2 C marinara sauce. Remove from heat.

In separate pan, place onion-chopped fine, sliced mushrooms, diced garlic, spinach or kale and another 1/2 C of water to steam.  When cooked, remove from heat.

Take 9″ x 13″ pan.

Spread some sauce on the bottom

Layer with noodles

Add the crumble mixture

Top with Vegan shreds

Layer another set of noodles

Spread sauce

Add the cheesy sauce

Layer another set of noodles

Add sauce, then mushroom mixture

Add more vegan shreds

Add another layer of noodles, sauce and load the fuck of it with Vegan shreds.

All layers THICK with their ingredients.

Bake in oven approximately for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Keep an eye on it.  Vegan cheese can be finicky.

Let sit for at least 10 minutes before slicing as it will be awesomely gooey.
