This delicious soup is so easy.  Anyone can do it.  Throw it all together in the morning and you’ll have a tasty bowl of soup that evening.




1 pkg dried 15 bean soup

2 cans diced tomatoes (28 oz)

3 cans water

2 T Better for you vegetable bouillon

1 T dried minced garlic

1 t black pepper

1 t cayenne pepper

2 t garlic salt

1 T paprika

1 T turmeric

2 T dried parsley

1 t crushed red pepper

2 onions diced

3 carrots peeled and diced

3 potatoes peeled and diced

1 stalk celery minced

Soak the beans overnight in large bowl of water. Drain and rinse. Put into crock pot.  Add all other ingredients. Stir.  Cook on low 10 hours.


Enjoy.  I added a bit more salt and pepper in my bowl of soup to taste.  Captain UK and I loved it.  I took some for a coworker.  She loved it.  If you don’t like it, you’re just fucked up!!!!!


Low fat, no added oils, high protein, vitamins, and minerals.  Perfect.

Don’t have a package of dried 15 Bean Soup?  Use any beans.
