Sour Cream

1/2 c Coconut Milk

3/4 c Just Mayo

1 T Dried Chives

1 t Onion Powder

1 t Garlic Powder

Dash of Cayenne

1 t Garlic Salt

Cracked Black Pepper

I put the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator for at least an hour before making this recipe to help thicken the milk.

Mix all well with a whip or fork.  Let sit in the refrigerator for again, at least an hour to marinate flavors.

We use this recipe to top baked potatoes, in Mexican dishes, and anywhere else you would normally use sour cream.  Enjoy
