The Best Vegan Meatless Balls Ever

1 14 oz. pkg Lightlife Gimme Lean Meatless Veggie Sausage

1 12 oz. pkg Lightlife Smart Ground Crumbles

1 Onion minced

6 cloves Garlic minced

3 Hamburger Buns or equivalent in bread products (it’s what we had that needed to be used)

4 Mushrooms

1 T Worcestershire Sauce

2 t Garlic Salt

1 t Paprika

1 T Dried Parsley

1 T Dried Chives

¼ C Almond Milk

Chop and mince garlic, onions, and mushrooms, add to large bowl of sausage and crumbles.  Pull apart bread into tiny pieces. Add to bowl.  Add and mix in the rest of ingredients in the large bowl by hand.   Don’t’ be a sissy by using a spoon.  We want these balls to be epic, not limp. Experiment and make these balls your own.  Add sage, liquid smoke, and/or fennel.   Love your cooking skills.   Roll into balls and place onto a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees for about 45 minutes.  Check on half way through baking cycle.

Once done, do what you want with them.  We put them into a tomato based sauce, topped with vegan cheese, melted together in the oven and served with pasta.  These meatballs are super versatile and tasty with other ingredients or on their own.   Enjoy!
